Terms and Conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and BPEAI, Incorporated (“BPEAI”) for use of https://bpeai.com. BPEAI’s address is 6586 Monterey Point, Naples, FL 34105. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Accounts

A mobile number is optional. On https://bpeai.com/signup a separate unchecked box asks for consent to receive one-time passcodes. The account can be created without a phone number and without checking that box. If you check it, you enter your mobile number and BPEAI texts a registration code. The account is created after that code matches. You must verify your email address before you can log in. A separate checkbox is how you accept these terms and the privacy policy. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping the password confidential.

Text messages

Checking the separate consent box and submitting your mobile number is your request for a one-time registration text. The message is: “Your BPEAI registration code is 123456. It expires in 10 minutes.” BPEAI does not send marketing or promotional texts.

Two-factor login is off until you turn it on from your profile. If you turn it on, BPEAI texts login codes to the number you enter there. Turning it off requires a code sent to that number.

Message frequency varies. One registration code is sent only when you check the consent box. Additional codes are sent only when you use two-factor login. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to a BPEAI text to stop messages. Reply HELP for help, or email info@bpeai.com. You can also turn off two-factor login in your profile.

Plans and credits

Access to EI Apps and workspace tools depends on the plan shown at https://bpeai.com/plans. Paid plans and design credits are billed at the price shown when you purchase them.

Use of the service

BPEAI provides software tools for engineering work. You remain responsible for professional judgment and for checking results before you rely on them. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it to harm other people.

Changes and contact

BPEAI may update these terms by posting a new version at this address. Continued use of the site after the new version is posted is acceptance of that version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
