Text messages

BPEAI texts a mobile number only when you check the separate consent box on https://bpeai.com/signup and enter your mobile number. That box is unchecked until you check it. The account can be created without a phone number and without checking that box. When you check it, BPEAI sends one registration code: “Your BPEAI registration code is 123456. It expires in 10 minutes.” The number is saved on the account after the code matches. BPEAI does not sell mobile numbers and does not send marketing or promotional texts.

Two-factor login is optional. If you turn it on from your profile, BPEAI texts a login code to the number you enter there. Turning it off also requires a code sent to that number. Those texts are sent only because you started that step.

Message frequency varies. A registration code is sent only when you check that box. Later codes are sent only when you use two-factor login. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop texts, reply STOP to a BPEAI text, turn off two-factor login in your profile, or email info@bpeai.com. For help, reply HELP to a BPEAI text or email info@bpeai.com.

Information used to run an account

• Name, email address, company, and country, as entered on the account form.
• A password, stored only as a hash.
• The mobile number you submit for a verification code.
• Whether your email address has been verified.
• A session cookie that keeps you signed in.
• Project and usage records needed to provide the tools on your plan.

BPEAI uses this information to create and secure your account, send the verification email and the text codes you request, and operate the service. Payment details for a paid plan are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout.

How long information is kept

Account information is kept while the account is open. You can ask BPEAI to delete an account by emailing info@bpeai.com. A text code is kept only long enough to check it, and it expires after 10 minutes.
